The PPN is overseen by a Secretariat, whose members are drawn from the various interests which link in to the PPN.

The Secretariat acts as the meetings convenor for the PPN.  They identify issues which require input from the community sector, and organise whatever meetings are needed in order to ensure a response from the community sector is made.
